The City and Guilds of London Art School is a distinctive specialist Higher Education Institution offering a range of courses in Fine Art, Stone and Wood Carving, and Conservation. We are seeking a motivated, practical and hands-on site manager to oversee all aspects of day-to-day maintenance of our premises and facilities, across two adjoining sites in Kennington, SE11.  The post-holder will lead a small team and will also act as the Art School’s Health and Safety Officer. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge and understanding of managing technical operations and experience in providing health and safety support in a small/medium sized organisation. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
