The visit in May 2017 of Tokyo University of the Arts’ Sculpture Conservation and Restoration Lab, led by acclaimed Tokyo based master carver Professor Yabuuchi Satoshi, was a great success. It is very warmly remembered by students and staff at the Art School as well as visitors to the various events that took place during their stay.
